Iran Press/Iran news: The head of the Iranian parliament's national security and foreign policy commission, Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh in an exclusive interview with Iran Press on Sunday said: "These events include the barbarous murder of Journalist Jamal Khashoggi, the war in Yemen, and the separation/ rift between pro-Saudi Yemenis and the Saudi leadership ( Al-e-Saud family), and this has given a real shock to the Saudis!!"
"Inside Saudi Arabia, virtually all criticisms both from inside and outside of Saudi Arabia, are directed towards Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman (MBS)."
Falahatpisheh added: "MBS is fully responsible for both internal defeats and international scandals that Saudi Arabia is facing."
The senior MP added: "The point is the changes and cabinet reshuffle which has recently occurred in Saudi Arabia is really an attempt to shift the blame from MBS onto other individuals who in effect are sacrificial lambs, directing blame away from Mohammad Bin Salman in a bid to save his political life. The sacrificial lambs are meant to ensure Bin Salman's political survival."
The Senior parliamentarian further explained that the world is worried that MBS may turn out to be another (former Iraqi dictator) Saddam!! Falahatpisheh said: "Many serious crimes committed in this region are connected to the Saudi Crown Prince, such as financial support of terrorism, organized crime and money laundering."
The MP added: "Thus the future of Saudi Arabia is currently uncertain, precisely because MBS is associated with so many crimes and scandals."
