Iran Press/Iran News: The spokesperson for the Islamic Republic of Iran's Foreign Ministry, Esmail Baghaei, in a media interview, pointed out Donald Trump's unsuccessful attempts to confront Iran. He advised the new occupants of the White House to adopt rationality, cautioning, "It is a mistake to test a tried approach again."
Baghaei added, "Our negotiations are not just for dialogue, but are purposeful and aimed at achieving the national interests and security of the Islamic Republic of Iran; we are well aware that Iran's national security is inseparable from regional security."
The spokesperson for Iran's Foreign Ministry also commented on the genocide of the people of Gaza by Israel, noting, "The United States and Germany are the largest suppliers of weapons to the Zionist regime; therefore, Iran's priority is to mobilize the international community to confront this regime."
Baghaei, meanwhile, commented on the Russia-Ukraine war, stating, "The Islamic Republic of Iran has fundamentally declared since the beginning of this war, and Tehran's firm and principled belief is that the use of force in international relations is unacceptable. We believe that countries should resolve their differences through peaceful and diplomatic methods, and the Ukraine issue should also be resolved through dialogue."
