Salehi inaugurates Kimia nuclear project

Arak(IP) - The construction of a set of research-production laboratories of isotopic technologies under the title of Kimia project began on the sidelines of the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran's visit, to the Khondab nuclear complex in Arak (central Iran).

Iran PressIran news: Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the Kimia project which is the hub for Iran's scientific elites, Ali Akbar Salehi referred to the budget allocated to the project through the revenue of the Khondab Heavy Water Nuclear Complex, expressed hope for the next 3 to 4 years that other important products in this field would reach mass production.

Appreciating the hard efforts of the sympathetic experts, managers, and the staff of Khondab nuclear complex in Arak by calling them exemplar, sources of authority, and values, Salehi said: "This big project includes the scientific, research and productions activities in the field of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran Technology as well and the health sector which is mingled with the nuclear technology."
