In a significant development aimed at enhancing trade relations between Iran and Russia, the first-ever Specialized International Exhibition of Export Goods to Russia will be held in Tabriz from February 12 to 15, 2025. The event, focusing on promoting Iranian products in the Russian market, will see the participation of 100 to 150 Russian traders who will travel to Tabriz to explore potential contracts with local producers.

Iran PressIran news:  Habib Mahouti, CEO of Tabriz International Exhibition, highlighted the importance of the event during a briefing session on Tuesday. He stated that the exhibition aims to strengthen economic ties and business dealings between the two countries. The exhibition will take place at Tabriz’s permanent exhibition venue and will showcase a variety of Iranian products, ranging from industrial goods and petrochemicals to handicrafts such as carpets, and especially agricultural products.

Mahouti pointed out the vast market potential in Russia, emphasizing that the exhibition will help introduce Iranian goods to key Russian traders. This will create opportunities for local businesses to establish contracts and engage in economic exchanges with Russian counterparts. All goods on display will adhere to export standards, ensuring quality and proper packaging that meets the expectations of Russian traders.
