Iran Press/Iran news: In a message congratulating the leaders of Islamic countries on the arrival of Eid al-Fitr, the President said: "I am confident that in the light of the joint will and efforts of the leaders of Islamic countries, friendship bonds among Muslim nations of the world will be strengthened."
Rouhani stated: "Eid al-Fitr is a celebration of the return to our original nature and the season of joy for the fasting people and righteous servants who have purified their souls in the clear stream of Ramadan and are proud of their servitude in the presence of God through cultivation and purification of the soul."
"I am confident that in the light of the common will and efforts of the leaders of the Islamic countries, the friendship bonds among the Muslims of the world will be strengthened more than ever, and we will see the growth and promotion of Islamic culture throughout the world."
Rouhani expressed hope that thanks to this auspicious Eid, the Coronavirus pandemic will be controlled and cured all over the world.
