Iran Press/ Europe: Italians and activists gathered in front of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Rome late on Friday to protest against the censorship of the Gaza Strip news and the Italian government's cooperation with the Zionist regime in the massacre of the people of Gaza.
The demonstrators announced that instead of condemning the genocide of the Palestinians in Gaza by the Israeli regime, the Italian government continues to fully support this regime.
GIULIA CALO, an Italian pro-Palestinian activist, told the Iran Press reporter on the ground: We have gathered in front of the Italian Foreign Ministry to protest against the censorship of Gaza news and the intensification of government pressure on the supporters of Palestine.
This Italian activist stated: A few days ago, by order of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the video of the Italian Cultural Center in Argentina regarding Italian cooking was removed from the organization's page and social networks.
The reason for removing this video was that GABRIELE RUBINI, the Italian chef, was wearing a dress with the Palestinian flag.
GIULIA CALO also condemned the manner of coverage of the Gaza war news by the Italian media and emphasized that Italian media, like other media in Europe and America, publish fake news to marginalize Israel's crimes in Gaza.
CALO said: "The Italian media also informs about the biased position of this country's government with Israel."
BASSAN SALEH, a Palestinian activist living in Italy, in an interview with Iran Press reporter in Rome, criticized the continued censorship of the Gaza war news in Italy and said: The Italian government and media are following the censorship policy of the Israeli regime in covering the news of the Gaza war.
This Palestinian activist emphasized that In Italy, lies are being told about Palestine, and the Italian government has also remained silent.
BASSAN SALEH added: The Italian government has not taken any action to stop the massacre of Palestinians, because it is aligned with the Zionists.
The participants in the anti-Israel rally in front of the Italian Foreign Ministry also emphasized the boycott of Israeli goods and support for the resistance of the Palestinian nation.
