Tehran (IP)- Iran's foreign minister said in an interview with Al-Ofaq newspaper that the resistance front is in the best condition in terms of its ability to respond.

Iran PressIran news: Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian shared with Al-Ofaq newspaper on Sunday that attention to the resistance axis is the fundamental policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The attention to the resistance front, according to the Iranian foreign minister, is in line with the defense of the oppressed and helping the stability and security of the region.

Iranian top diplomat says the interaction with the East and the West is on the agenda of Iran within the framework of securing the national interests and political independence. 

Regarding the developments in Syria, Amir-Abdollahian said that the Arab countries, with a new approach in Syria, are dealing with opening doors, returning Syria to the Arab League, reopening embassies, and establishing cooperation at different levels with Syria.

Amir-Abdollahian added that as the positive move in Syria has accelerated, foreign activists and enemies of Syria, including the U.S., are increasing their pressure on the Syrian people and government.

Iranian foreign minister also said that Iran had not deployed Russia with drones to be used in the war, but regarding the issue of Palestinian and Lebanese resistance, despite the consequences it had for Iran, the country clearly stated that it backs the resistance.
