Iran Press/ Iran news: According to Press news agency from Shahrekord, in the presence of Ayatollah Seyed Ebrahim Raisi, President, Ali Akbar Mehrabian, Minister of Energy, Gholam Ali Heydari, Governor of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, a total of 15 water supply and electricity projects were inaugurated in this province.
Gholam Ali Heydari, the governor of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, said in this ceremony:
Today, despite the fact that the working season in this province is limited, with the efforts and work around the clock, sustainable drinking water supply is made for 65% of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province.
He continued: Although Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province is the source of three big rivers and supplies 11% of Iran's water resources, it had water stress and 200 villages were supplied with water by tankers.
The governor of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari pointed out:
"With the projects that were started a long time ago and were given a new life by the injection of the credit of the first visit of the president, today we are witnessing that the province's water supply projects will be opened by the hand of the honorable president."
