Tehran (IP )- The President described the remarks of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution yesterday as a guideline for everyone and stated that the officials are at the forefront to fulfil the slogan of the year.

Iran PressIran news: Speaking in the cabinet session on Wednesday, Ebrahim Raisi referred to the Supreme Leader's remarks in the meeting of the officials with him and termed them as guidelines for everyone, saying that all managers of the country have a responsibility to seriously pursue the demands of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, which are public demand.

The President stressed: "All the members of the government and the managers of the country have the responsibility to seriously follow and implement the demand of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, which is a public demand, with a new perspective and documented plans and programmes".

The President obliged the ministries and government agencies to present the plans of the group under their management to fulfill Supreme Leader's demands in the shortest time and within 25 days at most.

The President said that the condition for the realization of economic growth and production is the participation of the people and the use of the many capacities and facilities of the private sector and said: "In this context, the officials of the executive bodies are obliged to determine the mechanism of the participation of the private sector in the matter of the growth of production and economy and provide a roadmap."

Raisi listed the knowledge-based economy as one of the important axes of the government's attention and pointed to the significant increase of active and effective knowledge-based companies in the production of services and the country's economy.

Stating that the fight against corruption has been the basic slogan and criterion of action of the 13th administration since the first day and will continue to be in the future, the President stressed the need to identify and fix corruption-causing platforms in various sectors, especially licensing sectors, registration of orders and the allocation of foreign currency.

Recalling the need to pay special attention to the issue of productivity in the functioning of government institutions, the President obliged the Administrative and Recruitment Affairs Organisation of the country to prepare and submit to the government in the shortest possible time the mechanism of the basis of productivity in giving privileges to institutions and organizations.

The need to take more measures in the field of energy consumption management in addition to increasing production was one of the other axes of the President's speech in today's meeting of the cabinet. Raisi called it necessary to monitor the performance of large companies and prevent the misconduct and actions of these companies in the use of government financial resources and clarified: "Decisive action against the violators who use domestic raw materials and produce goods at the price of Rials, but sell them at a price of foreign currency and cause disruptions in the economic system and harm the people's table should be on the agenda of the authorities."

Referring to the destructive role of the activities of some financial institutions in the country's economy, the President obliged the governor of the Central Bank to use his powers to organize the activities of these institutions.

The President called forecasting and prevention of economic damage and loss to people's table in any situation as a condition of good management and emphasized on taking the necessary measures to provide and supply timely and stable basic goods needed by the people.

Pointing out the importance and role of a maritime-based economy, Raisi stated, "Responsible institutions related to maritime economy should plan and try to accelerate the increase of the share of this sector in the economy of our country and bring the current 2.2 tenths of percent share to an appropriate and acceptable level".

The President also emphasized more efforts to complete the North-South corridor and tasked the Minister of Roads and Urban Development to speed up the work seriously.

Raisi also referred to the realization of 97 percent of the government's anticipated revenues in the 1401 budget and urged the head of the Plan and Budget Organisation to explain the important and positive aspects of the government's actions in preventing the budget deficit last year.

The President also described and clarified the legal victory of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the international institution of The Hague Court as an indicator of the legitimacy of Islamic Iran against its enemies, especially the United States, saying: "This decision must be followed up by the responsible departments until its full implementation and its dimensions are explained fully to the people."

In another part of his speech, Raisi expressed his appreciation for the services and efforts of various departments during the Nowruz holidays and expressed his regret for the high number of victims of road accidents.

Referring to his 4-hour meeting with a group of the country's producers, the President emphasized the need to involve unions and guilds in the country's economic decisions and added: "Until the formation of a ministry or organisation, or any other institution, assigning affairs to the guilds should be done with the vote of the representatives in the Majlis."

Referring to the clear and enlightening statements of the Supreme Leader regarding hijab, Raisi emphasized: "Considering the legal necessity of hijab, it is necessary for the responsible institutions to follow the work with the necessary planning and tact".
