Tehran(IP): The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran in his meeting with the Prime Minister of Niger called the relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran, Niger and all African countries beyond political and diplomatic relations and based on mutual interests.

Ebrahim Raisi, in his meeting with the Prime Minister of Niger, Ali Lamine Zeine, stated that the relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Niger and all African countries are beyond political and diplomatic relations and are based on mutual interests between the nations.

Praising the strides of the Niger nation in the path of independence and freedom, Raisi said: "The Muslim nation of Niger will have a very bright future with such a spirit and relying on indigenous resources."

Ebrahim Raisi further pointed to the black track record of America and Western countries in looting the resources and wealth of nations under the guise of human rights slogans, saying: "Today's situation in Gaza and what is happening to the oppressed people of this region reveal the true nature of these countries. and it shows that human lives have no value for them while these slogans only serve their interests."

Stating that there are no obstacles in the development of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Niger, the President stressed the readiness of Iran to exchange capacities in various sectors, especially energy, industry, mining, and technical engineering services.

In this meeting, the Prime Minister of Niger, Ali Lamine Zeine, emphasized the importance of the role and position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in regional and global equations, and mentioned "common religious foundations", "independence" and "seeking rights" as common points between the two nations of Iran and Niger, adding: "These commonalities have caused Niger to consider the Islamic Republic of Iran as a reliable friend and partner in the world."

The Prime Minister of Niger further explained the internal situation and foreign relations of his country and emphasized Niger's interest in developing and deepening relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran in various sectors.
