Iran Press/ Iran news: Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi, receiving Ziyad al-Nakhalah on Thursday evening, stressed the Islamic Republic's approach of active support for the Palestinian resistance and the people of Gaza and criticized some Islamic countries for their indifference to what is going on in Gaza.
He said: "The people of Gaza did not wait for the support of some Islamic states and countries, but by their unique resistance, they proved the inefficacy of international institutions, organizations and unions that advocate human rights, and challenged the unjust world order."
Raisi noted that the people of Gaza proved that the Israeli regime does not adhere to any law, international treaty, or humanitarian principles at any level a fact that has been especially clear for the world's political elite.
He stated that Palestine has the right to resistance for the same reason that it has the right to life, and stressed that anyone who rejects Palestinian resistance has rejected Palestine's right to life.
Ziyad al-Nakhalah, for his part, said that the Palestinian nation has surprised the Israeli regime and its allies, especially the US.
The Secretary General of Palestine's Islamic Jihad Movement appreciated the Islamic Republic of Iran's support and commutated Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani.
The Palestinian official, also appreciating the Resistance Axis' support, noted that the support motivated the people of Gaza and the Palestinian resistance force, and showed that the Palestinian nation is not alone in its fight against the Israeli enemy.
The Secretary General of Palestine's Resistance Movement Ziyad al-Nakhalah also met with the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei on Thursday evening. 219
