Tehran (IP)- The fourth national event on knowledge-based Industry was held in Pardis Technology Park (PTP) on Feb. 15, 2024.

Iran Press/Iran news: During the event, while presenting the achievements of Pardis Technology Park in health field, with the presence of representatives from pharmaceutical and medical equipment organizations, the challenges in the production and export of knowledge-based products in  health sector were discussed and exchanged.

Changes in the export of technological products in the field of health, an overview of emerging technologies in this field and export-oriented development were also among the other topics discussed in the event.

 Also, a number of a formidable agreements were inked to support the export of knowledge-based health products.

Responding to Iran Press while attending the event, Vice-President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy Rouhollah Dehqani Firouzabadi touched upon the role of exports potential and services in boosting the knowledge-based ecosystem, adding, “Exports management companies are knowledge-based firms operating in the exports arena which, through their experience, expertise and capabilities, can pave the way for the introduction of a new product or service into the market of the target country.”

He said exporting knowledge-based products is regarded as a knowledge-based service and requires expertise.

“As designing and production using technology leads to the development of a knowledge-based product, exporting knowledge-based products is regarded as a knowledge-based service, too,” he added.

“The export of products requires a range of expertise and skills whose proper and intelligent utilization will finally see a knowledge-based product or service enter the market of intended countries,” he went on to conclude. 

PTP head emphasises to be Int'l. hub for health technology companies 

The head of Pardis Technology Park said: With taken efforts, Iran must turn into the international hub of health technology companies in the Pardis Technology Park.

During the event, Mehdi Safarinia said:  In health sector, we have more than a hundred companies in the field of medicine and equipment that produce several hundred products, while on the other hand, the national fan market network is located in 21 provinces of the country and we can launch the fan market in the field of health.

It is reminded that Volgat Eczema, Volgat D3, Volgat Multikids, Biobion, and Rosevit are 5 local effective ingredients manufactured by Bisot Khammir and located in Pardis Technology Park, and these products were unveiled.
