Iran Press/ Africa: The protests have been fueled by the citizen's distaste for the Governance methods of the present government.
The protestors could be heard chanting, "Stop killing us"; this is after several bodies were discovered at a pit in a dump site in Kware. The bodies were alleged to belong to victims who went missing after attending the protests.
During the protests in Nairobi, the protesters lit tires and placed them in the middle of the road while moving back and forth between them and the police taking turns where they threw stones; the protesters were dispersed with tear gas and water cannons.
A woman confronted the group of police and yelled at them for throwing teargas at the protestors.
All day long the police were dispersing the mass of protestors who were resilient and could be seen charging at the police even after being fired with teargas.
A police force who witnessed firing live bullets at the protestors was confronted by the journalists and protestors for being brutal.
