Iran Press/ Asia: According to Iran Press, on Wednesday, pro-Palestinian demonstrators and anti-war activists, carrying Palestinian flags and chanting “Freedom for Palestine,” peacefully assembled outside the venue of the arms expo in Melbourne.
Australian police maintained a heavy presence at the event, resorting to tear gas and forceful measures to disperse the protesters.
Despite the police efforts, the demonstrators continued their protest outside the arms exhibition, voicing their opposition to the sale of weapons fueling the Gaza war.
