Iran PressAsia: While talking to correspondents of Iranian media in Islamabad, Mr. Tipu talked about the Pakistan-Iran Gas Pipeline Project and said, "Strategically this is a very important project, we have reconsideration, technicalities are also going to meet, there are financial, technical and administrative issues, so we are hopeful that we will have mutually acceptable solution of the matters."

Expressing his views about the visit of President Raisi, the Pakistani Ambassador said: "The visit is happening on a very important moment of history and particularly when the new Government has been inducted in Pakistan and this is President Raisi's 1st visit to Pakistan so in that sense it has a great deal of significance. On trade we have some very good developments, MOUs have been signed, between the two countries."

He added: "Iran and Pakistan share a porous 900-kilometer border and we are bounded by history, culture, ideology and people to people ties.
