Tehran (IP) - Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian appointed Mohammad Eslami as Vice-President and Head of the Atomic Energy Organisation of Iran.

Iran PressIran news: Mohammad Eslami-68- was the Vice President and Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran in the government of Martyr President Ebrahim Raisi.

Eslami was appointed as head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran in 2017 succeeded Ali Akbar Salehi who served in the post since August 2013.

During the administration of former President Hassan Rouhani, Eslami served as Minister of Roads and Urban Development.
