Tehran (IP) - Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi stated, "The Islamic Republic of Iran has a serious will to develop relations with Ecuador, and the ambassadors and relevant officials of the two countries should provide opportunities for the exchange of mutual capacities as much as possible in order to improve the level of bilateral relations."

Iran PressIran News: Speaking in the ceremony of receiving the credentials of the non-resident ambassador of the Republic of Ecuador, Ebrahim Raisi expressed hope for her success during her mission in Tehran and said, "Iran and Ecuador are diverse fields for the expansion of economic interactions and trade exchanges with each other."

The President stated, "The Islamic Republic of Iran has a serious will to develop relations with Ecuador, and the ambassadors and relevant officials of the two countries should provide opportunities for the exchange of mutual capacities as much as possible in order to improve the level of bilateral relations."

In this meeting, the non-resident ambassador of the Republic of Ecuador also described Iran as an important country in the region and the world and clarified, "The President of my country told me to convey to you the warm greetings and serious will of my respective government."

The Ambassador of Ecuador also expressed her condolences and solidarity with the government and people of Iran due to the terrorist attack on the shrine of Shahcheragh (PBUH) and stated, "The two countries have very good capacities to interact with each other and Ecuador is interested in cooperation in the fields of medicine, industry, technology and expand science with Iran."
