Iran Press/ Asia: Aliyev visited the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the country to offer his condolences over the tragic deaths of Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, and other accompanying individuals in a helicopter crash.
The chopper carrying the Iranian president and his companions, including the Iranian Minister Of Foreign Affairs, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, crashed on Sunday while returning from a mission in which the Iranian president and his counterpart from the Azerbaijan Republic, inaugurated a dam on the Aras River along the common border of the two neighboring countries.
