Iran Press/America: The crash occurred early in the afternoon near Fullerton Municipal Airport, 25 miles (40 kilometres) southeast of Los Angeles. The cause remains unknown.
The individuals who perished were reportedly occupants of the aircraft, whereas those who sustained injuries were located within the building. The Fullerton Police Department stated that the deceased individuals will be identified following notification of their next of kin. Authorities mentioned that eleven individuals were transported to hospitals, with eight receiving treatment and being discharged at the site.
Security camera footage from Rucci Forged, a wheel manufacturer across the street, shows the plane was tilted on its side as it dove into the building, causing a fiery explosion and a black plume of smoke.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the accident and has identified the plane as a single-engine, four-seat Van’s RV-10. The National Transportation Safety Board also said it is investigating.
