IP- Secretary General of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council (PGCC) Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi has called for an immediate ceasefire between Palestinians and Israeli occupation forces to protect innocent civilians.

Iran Press/ West Asia: Today, Hamas forces killed 150 Israeli citizens by entering Israeli settlements around the Gaza Strip.

After that, Israel began its attacks on the Gaza StripIsmail Haniyeh, the leader of the Hamas resistance movement, called on all Muslims to be part of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation.

Palestinian resistance group "Lion's Den" also has urged all who have guns to join the anti-Israel war.

In the attacks by Hamas, 1,600 Israelis have also been injured and some have been captured.

Moreover, the Secretary-General held the Israeli occupation forces responsible for the current situation resulting from the continuous and flagrant Israeli attacks against the Palestinian people and holy sites.

 Furthermore, Albudaiwi stated that the ongoing Israeli attacks represent a blatant violation of international conventions and laws, hindering the peace process for resolving the Palestinian issue.

He also reiterated his call to international institutions to intervene forcefully and promptly to revive efforts to enable the Palestinian people to exercise their legitimate rights in establishing their state on the 1967 territories with East Jerusalem as its capital, in order to achieve the desired peace and stability in the occupied Palestinian territories.
