In phone call with Sultan of Oman;

Tehran (IP) - In a telephone conversation with the Sultan of Oman, the President of Iran called for more pressure on the supporters of the Zionist regime to stop the murder and crime machine of this regime.

Iran Press/Iran news: In response to the telephone call of Haitham bin Tariq Sultan of Oman, Masoud Pezeshkian said that he was pleased with the close relations between Tehran and Muscat and emphasized Iran's determination to further strengthen the interactions between them.

Pezeshkian listed the promotion and deepening of relations with Oman as one of the fundamental policy priorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran in expanding relations with its neighbors and added that strengthening friendly and intimate relations between the countries of the region as well as expanding regional cooperation guarantees reaching a common vision and language to solve the problems of our region.

The President of Iran said: If Islamic countries are united with each other, the Zionist regime will not dare to commit crimes like this easily.

While appreciating Oman's principled positions regarding the crimes committed by the Zionist regime in Gaza and Lebanon, Pezeshkian demanded more pressure on the supporters of the Zionist regime to stop the murder and crime machine of this regime.

In this telephone conversation, Haitham bin Tariq also expressed his appreciation and support for the principled positions of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding regional issues, including Gaza and Lebanon, and stressed the need to avoid applying double standards in dealing with this issue in Western countries.

The Sultan of Oman listed the protection of the rights of the oppressed people of Gaza and Lebanon among the priorities and serious concerns of his country and clarified that Oman has always emphasized that the continuation of Western countries' support for Israel's crimes is in no way acceptable or justified. 204
