Iran Press/ Iran news: Speaking at an international conference in Mashhad and in an interview with the Iran Press News Agency, he asserted that the region is Islamic and has been shaped by its people over thousands of years.
Abu Sharif stressed that neither the United States, Israel, nor their allies can reshape the region to their liking. Despite attempts to establish dictatorial governments and promote secular rule, resistance fighters, and anti-Western Islamists have emerged instead.
He added that Western efforts will ultimately be fruitless, as the enemy seeks to impose its will on the region. "Rest assured, the gaps in the resistance will be filled because we are not alone. From Afghanistan to Iran, Pakistan, Syria, Iraq, and Palestine, all Arab and Islamic nations stand united against the Zionist regime's projects, and we now need widespread action," he said.
Abu Sharif concluded that despite all attempts by Western leaders to defeat them, the region has never surrendered.
