Iran Press/ West Asia: Israeli fighters pounded residential houses near the headquarters of the Palestinian Red Crescent in the center of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, early Monday, which left at least 100 people martyred and over 230 others wounded.
Ashraf al-Qudra said on Monday the number of martyrs of Israel's last night's bombardment surpasses the capacity of hospitals and medical centers in Rafah, and there are not adequate beds to receive the injured.
News sources say that the number of martyrs and the wounded in the attack is increasing.
Rafah was supposed to be a safe zone for the Gazans displaced due to the Israeli war on Gaza triggered on October 7.
More than 28,000 Palestinian people have been martyred.
