Islamabad (IP) – Pakistan's National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) continues to provide aid to Gaza and Lebanon on the order of Pakistani Prime Minister, the latest batch of which was dispatched from Islamabad International Airport.

Iran Press/Asia: The aid will arrive in Beirut, Lebanon with 95 tons of relief supplies including tents and blankets for winter protection.  NDMA has sent a total of 1,705 tons of relief goods to Lebanon and Gaza.  

Representatives of NDMA and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were present at the shipment departure ceremony. 

This is the sixth aid shipment to Lebanon, while twelve aid shipments have been sent to Palestine earlier. 

The government of Pakistan announced a relief fund for Palestine and Lebanon as well so that citizens can have a share in healing the grief of their brothers in Palestine and Lebanon.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli regime has been striking Palestine and Lebanon and has killed more than 45,000 people, along with bombarding hospitals and schools in Gaza.
