Iran Press/ Iran news: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan issued a statement and announced: "Pakistani government fully respects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Iran."
The Statement continued: "Pakistan carried out a series of military attacks in the border area of Iran's Sistan and Baluchistan province. The purpose of today's action was to secure Pakistan's national security and interests, which are of primary importance and cannot be compromised."
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan further reminded: "We will continue our efforts to find joint solutions with Iran to deal with terrorism."
In the continuation of this statement, it is stated:" Iran is a brotherly country and the people of Pakistan have great respect and love for the people of Iran."
