Iran Press/ Asia: Issuing a statement, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry announced that the Israeli regime's act was a violation of international laws and the UN Charter and showed the regime's systematic attempts to block humanitarian aid to the besieged Palestinian people.
Pakistan called on the international community, the UN Security Council in particular, to hold Israel accountable for such a decision and support the continuation of the UNRWA mission.
Meanwhile, Pakistan's Representative to the UN said in reaction to the Israeli regime's action and noted that URWA played a non-substitutable role in rescuing and that any attempt to weaken the role would be followed by intensified humanitarian and regional consequences.
Launching a heavy war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, Israel spared no effort to create a genocide, hitting schools, hospitals, and refugee camps; the Israeli carnage has so far led to the martyrdom of more than 43,000 people in Gaza.
