Iran Press/Iran news: This morning, by order of Iranian Army Commander Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi, and in the presence of Iran's Defense Minister Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh, one thousand strategic drones with anti-fortification and stealth capabilities joined the army's combat organization simultaneously in several locations across Iran.
These drones have features including a "range of over 2,000 kilometers," "high destructive power," "ability to pass through defense layers with very low RCS," "very high flight continuity," and "self-reliance and without the need for control from start to finish," which will enhance the combat capability and destructive power of the army's drone fleet in confronting distant targets while increasing the depth of reconnaissance and border surveillance for carrying out special missions.
These drones have been jointly designed and produced by scientists and innovators of the army, the Ministry of Defense, and knowledge-based companies in the army and the Ministry of Defense drone factories, and will be deployed in the bases and areas where needed.
The commanders of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army's land, air, and naval forces were present at this ceremony.
