Norway's Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere said on Monday that it is worrying that Elon Musk, the American billionaire and special advisor to US President-elect Trump, directly involves himself in domestic political issues in countries outside of the United States.

Iran Press/Europe: "I find it worrying that a man with enormous access to social media and huge economic resources involves himself so directly in the internal affairs of other countries," Stoere told Norwegian public broadcaster NRK.

"This is not the way things should be between democracies and allies," he added.

If Musk were to involve himself in Norwegian politics, the country's politicians should collectively distance themselves from such efforts, Stoere said.

Meanwhile, anger has heightened in the British political and media sphere against Elon Musk, due to his interventions in UK affairs.

The outrage came as Elon Musk, the owner of X social network, stepped in to free far-right figure Tommy Robinson, who was imprisoned since October for protesting and ridiculing the British Court. Musk further advised the UK to imprison the Minister of the country instead, and the comments went viral in the British media as sheer meddling in British domestic affairs.
