Tehran (IP) - Iran's energy minister says with people and large industries' cooperation since July 8, there has been no power outage.

Iran PressIran news: In an interview with Iran Press, Reza Ardakanian stated that the heatwave was sizzling. Hence, the electricity consumption management called on people and mega industries to cooperate.

He expressed hope that the media could raise public awareness and encourage people to cooperate, reducing their electricity consumption.

Speaking on the sidelines of the cabinet meeting, Ardakanian pointed out that power cuts happened because some power units went out of the electrical circuit, which was normal in the network.
