London (IP) - Simultaneously with the "National Day of Action for Palestine" in the UK, demonstrations by peace supporters and opponents of Israel began in the country's Parliament Square in London.

Iran Press/Europe: According to the Iran Press News Agency from London, anti-war organizations and Palestinian supporters in the UK have declared today the "National Day of Action for Palestine" and have called on peace supporters to demonstrate in every neighborhood, complex, or city to end Israel's genocide in Gaza and to cut off Britain's financial, military and diplomatic support for the Israeli army.

According to the Palestine Solidarity Campaign in the UK, today, opponents of the crimes of the occupying regime in Jerusalem and its supporters are demonstrating in several cities such as Birmingham, Carlisle, Isle of Wight, Northampton, Norwich, Nottingham, Edinburgh, Plymouth, Slough, Portsmouth, Southampton, to end the Israeli genocide in Gaza and to cut off Western governments' support for the Israeli army.

In London, at the invitation of peace organizations such as the Stop the War Coalition, thousands of people are moving towards Parliament Square and the British Prime Minister's Office.

Peace and Palestine organizations have called on people to bring flowers today, on the eve of the birth of Jesus (PBUH), in memory of the victims of Israeli attacks in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria, and toys in memory of Palestinian children killed in Israeli attacks.

Several participants in today's anti-Israeli demonstration in London, along with their children, attended the ceremony to honor the memory of the child victims of Israel's genocide in Gaza and to demand punishment for the perpetrators of these crimes.

Different groups of people in London, with slogans such as "End the genocide", "Keep your hands off Lebanon", "Stop the attack on Syria", "Criminals cannot hide and will be punished", "Do not let criminals into this country", considered the British government's approach in supporting the Zionist regime shameful and demanded the cessation of any support for the Israeli regime. 204
