Moqtadaee said the approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran is to create harmony between neighboring countries, and from the beginning of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Iran expressed its strategies and planned to resolve the conflict by sending the country's deputy foreign minister to the Republic of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
"Of course, we believe that no country should occupy the territory of another country, and meanwhile, all citizens and immigrants of these countries should enjoy the highest level of freedom and rights that they have been provided with," he noted.
Moqtadaee stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran, as one of the powerful countries in the region, has comments on the Nagorno-Karabakh peace that should be considered by the parties of the conflict and the countries of the region.
