Iran Press/ Iran news: Talking to Iran Press on the sidelines of the open session of the parliament on Wednesday, Shahriyar Heidari said, for more than forty years, Iran's enemies have ben trying to use all the capabilities available in Iraqi Kurdistan to prepare terrorist attacks against Iran.
These terrorist groups act as mercenaries of the US and the Zionist regime. Although they failed to achieve their goal, sometimes they try to hit our country.
"We asked Iraqi Kurdistan to stop the groups and not allow them to use the area as a base to attack Iran," Heidari noted.
Referring to the latest movements in this area, the national security and foreign policy committee member said that it was Iran's right to defend its territory.
Addressing the terrorist groups, the MP said: "It is better not to underestimate Iran's defense and security forces because Tehran is able to respond decisively to any possible attack."
