Iran Press/Europe: According to the Russian authorities the main airport of Moscow was closed following the Ukrainian attack.
The Mayor of Moscow Sergei Subanen said that the drones crossed the above Ramensky, Kolomensky, and Domodedovo districts in Moscow, and a number of them were intercepted.
He announced that no damage or death has so far been reported based on the primary information available.
Ramensky, 45 km southeast of Kremlin was targeted last September with 20 drones from Ukraine.
Federal Air Transport Agency announced temporary restrictions for Domodedovo and Jokov airports, the ending of which is not clear.
Moscow has a population of over 21 million people.
On February 21, 2022, the President of Russia recognized the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics in the Donbas region, criticizing the West's indifference to Moscow's security concerns.
Three days later, Russia began its "Especial Operation" against Ukraine and Moscow-Kiev relations entered a military encounter.
In response to Russia's reaction, the West practiced extensive sanctions on the country and began to provide Ukraine with arms aid.
