The Spokesman of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed condolences to the people of Afghanistan over the lethal flood in the country.

Iran PressIran news: In a message of condolence on Sunday, Nasser Kanaani expressed sympathy to the families of the victims of the recent flood that inundated Afghanistan, especially the northern part of the country, which led to the death and injury of many Afghan people. 

The flood in Afghanistan's Baghlan Province killed at least 300 people, besides harming the houses. 

"Flash floods ravage #Afghanistan, killing more than 300 people in Baghlan and destroying more than 1000 houses. This has been one of many floods over the last few weeks, due to unusually heavy rainfall. WFP is now distributing fortified biscuits to the survivors," announced the World Food Program (WFP) in Afghanistan on its X.
