Nicolás Maduro, recently re-elected as President of Venezuela, addressed the closing ceremony of the Grand Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc in Caracas on Sunday. Maduro pledged to advance democracy and support the civil society, promising more progress in the new term compared to the past.
During the ceremony, Maduro unveiled his new plan for the years 2025-2031. He announced that following the inauguration on January 10, 2025, Venezuela's national economic and political development program will be implemented.
