Hundreds of Macedonians took to the streets to voice against changing the country's name.

Hundreds held a rally in Skopje on Thursday, to protest against the adoption of a new law that recognizes Albanian as one of the official languages and against changing the country’s name.

Hundreds held a rally to demonstrate their opposition to the parliament passing a law that recognises Albanian as one of the official languages of the country and demanded the release of people accused of violent events at the parliament in April 27, 2017.

The protesters chanted the national anthem and waved flags with Vergina’s sun.
