London (IP) - Protesting the new law of Inheritance Tax (IHT) in the UK, the British farmers reappeared on Wednesday outside Number 10, Downing Street, and the UK's Parliament, London.

Iran Press/Europe: Based on the decision made by the British government to impose an inheritance tax on farms inherited to children from their parents, hundreds of farmers and ranchers from different parts of the country brought their tractors to London Wednesday morning.

They say that by virtue of the IHT law, farmers with small and medium-sized farms will either have to give up farming or sell part of their farms to pay the government tax, which will lose any way hundreds of thousands of pounds.

The British government cut off the budgets for a number of public services, increased taxes, and defined new bases for tax collection.

A Research Study by the Farm Safety Foundation in the UK showed that up to 94 percent of the farmers under the age of 40 considered psychological problems one of the most important hidden, while the farmers deal with the problems every day.

According to the British National Center of Statistics, only in one year 36 farmers committed suicide and 22 others lost their lives due to accidents.
