IP - Iran's Parliament Speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf who arrived in Beirut earlier on Saturday, visited Dahieh in Southern Beirut, the center of the Israeli regime's brutal attacks on densely populated civilian areas.

Pillars of smoke due to Israel's warplane airstrikes can be seen when Iran's Parliament Speaker attended in Dhahiyah. 

Iran's Parliament Speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf visited civilian districts which was attacked and collapsed by Israeli airstrikes.

Ghalibaf also attended the site of the deadliest Israeli strike which targeted on  Thursday night in the densely populated Basta area in central Beirut and killed at least 22 people.

Two Lebanese MPs from the Hezbollah wing in Lebanon Parliament accompanied the Iranian Parliament Speaker.

Ghalibaf talked with Lebanese people who gathered at the site of collapsed buildings.

Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, arrived in Beirut today on his way to Geneva to participate in the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) conference.

Ghalibaf is scheduled to hold talks with Lebanese officials about Israeli attacks on Lebanon.

"I have traveled to Beirut at the invitation of Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri to convey the message of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the Iranian president to the people of Lebanon and the Resistance," Ghalibaf told reporters upon his arrival at Rafiq Hariri Airport.
