On the auspicious anniversary of the birth of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH) and the birth of Imam Khomeini (RA), thousands of poets and praise singers of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH) gathered, as in previous years, to meet with Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, on Sunday.

Iran PressIran news:  On the blessed anniversary of the birth of the Mistress of the Women of the Worlds, Lady Fatimah Zahra (S.A.), the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, in a meeting with thousands of eulogists, poets of the Ahlul-Bayt (A.S.), and people from various walks of life, described Lady Fatimah Zahra (S.A.) as the perfect role model for all humanity in "rising for truth, steadfastness, courage, frankness, and strength in logic and reasoning."

Referring to the enemy’s attempts to spread fear, division, and despair in society, he emphasized: "The hallmark of the followers of Satan is exaggeration and fabrications, and the solution lies in the jihad of clarification, the expression of truths, and presenting acceptable reasoning."

Zionist Defeats and Regional Resistance

Ayatollah Khamenei also highlighted the failure of the Zionist regime to achieve any of its goals to destroy Hamas and Hezbollah, saying: "The honorable nations of the region, with God’s grace, will uproot this sinister regime and pave the way for a better future for the region."

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, addressing regional issues including the situation in Syria, said: "A group of rioters, with the help, planning, and scheming of foreign governments, exploited Syria's internal weaknesses to plunge the country into chaos."

He referred to his earlier remarks on the dual strategy of the United States in the region: "To impose a dictatorial, submissive regime aligned with their domination or, if that is not possible, to create chaos and disorder in that country." He added: "Their plan in Syria resulted in chaos and disorder, and now the United States, the Zionist regime, and their allies, feeling victorious, are engaging in boastful and empty talk like the followers of Satan."

Ayatollah Khamenei cited a recent statement by a U.S. official, indicating hidden support for "anyone who causes unrest in Iran," as an example of the enemy's exaggeration and said: "These fools think they have an opportunity, but the Iranian nation will trample anyone who collaborates with the U.S. in this regard underfoot."

Referring to another regional development, he addressed the Zionist entity’s pretensions of victory and their boasts, saying: "You miserable people, where did you succeed? Is killing over forty thousand women and children with bombs and failing to achieve any of your declared goals at the start of the war a victory? Did you destroy Hamas and free your captives in Gaza? Were you able to eliminate Hezbollah in Lebanon despite the martyrdom of a great figure like Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah? Resistance in the region, whether Hezbollah, Hamas, or Islamic Jihad, remains alive and thriving. Therefore, you are not victorious but defeated."

The Islamic Republic and Regional Unity

He attributed the Zionists' advances in Syrian territory to the absence of resistance, saying: "This movement without resistance is not a victory, but without a doubt, Syria’s brave and courageous youth will drive you out of there."

Ayatollah Khamenei’s third point about regional developments addressed the psychological and propaganda war against Iran, with claims about losing its proxy forces in the region. He firmly stated: "The Islamic Republic has no proxy forces. Yemen, Hezbollah, Hamas, and Jihad fight because of their faith. Their belief and strength of faith have brought them to the field of resistance, not any dependency on us."

The Leader emphasized that if the Islamic Republic ever intends to act, it does not need proxies, adding: "The faithful and honorable men in Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, and, God willing, in the near future in Syria, are fighting oppression, tyranny, and the illegitimate Zionist regime. The Islamic Republic also fights, and with God's will, we will remove this regime from the region."

He described these remarks not as political statements but as tangible and experienced truths and referred to the emergence of Hezbollah as a strong, dignified, and ironclad entity from the unrest and civil wars of the 1980s in Lebanon. He noted: "From those threats and insecurities emerged a great opportunity like Hezbollah of Lebanon, and even events like the martyrdom of its great leaders, such as Seyyed Abbas Mousavi, did not weaken it but made it stronger. The present and future of the resistance will be no different."

Ayatollah Khamenei stressed that creating opportunities from threats depends on awareness, a sense of responsibility, and fulfilling duties. He said: "We foresee that a strong and honorable movement will also emerge in Syria because today, Syrian youth have nothing to lose. Their schools, universities, homes, and streets are unsafe, so they must stand with determination against those who plan and execute insecurity and prevail over them."

Lady Fatimah (S.A.) as the Ultimate Role Model

In the first part of his speech, while explaining the character of the Lady of Two Worlds, he added: "The entirety of her life, especially the brief period after the Prophet's (PBUH) demise, was a continuous clarification of truths and the solidification of strong religious principles. This serves as a model and a peak that, although unattainable, must always be aspired to."

The Leader referred to a hadith from the Prophet (PBUH), which states: "The love and affection for Lady Fatimah (S.A.) will benefit a person in a hundred instances, the easiest of which is at the time of death and in the grave." He explained: "The straightforward meaning of this hadith refers to the countless benefits of love and devotion to Lady Fatimah (S.A.), but the deeper meaning is that if a person acts in ways that attract her love, they will benefit from unparalleled blessings a hundredfold."

He said that adopting the qualities of Lady Fatimah (S.A.) is the way to attract her love and highlighted one of her most important qualities as the continuous clarification of truths, stating: "Eulogizing, in essence, is a continuation of this jihad of clarification."

Citing another hadith from the Prophet (PBUH) which states: "A believer sometimes engages in jihad with their life or sword, and at other times with their tongue," Ayatollah Khamenei remarked: "The jihad of the tongue sometimes holds greater importance and influence than the jihad of life." He described eulogists as "jihadists of the tongue" and added: "Eulogizing is a complete media platform and a composite art that manifests in form and content, word and meaning, poetry and melody, voice, crowd management, and face-to-face interaction with people."

The Leader recognized the clarification of current issues as a genuine need and, referring to the enemy’s overt and covert planning and spending to spread doubts and distort truths, said: "Eulogists are among those who can respond effectively to the enemy with 'the jihad of clarification, raising awareness, instilling hope, and motivating action.'"

He described the enemy's threefold goal of "spreading fear, division, and despair" as part of an anti-Islamic and anti-Iranian agenda, saying: "The primary tool of Satan is creating fear and intimidation, and the people of literature, poetry, and thought must convey 'courage, awareness, and resilience' to the people with compelling logic."

At the beginning of this meeting, eight eulogists and poets from across the country recited praises and virtues of the Ahlul-Bayt (A.S.). The audience also collectively recited hymns honoring Lady Fatimah Zahra (S.A.).
