Scores of British medical staff protested the detention and torture of innocent Palestinians by the Israeli regime and called for an immediate end to the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip.

Iran PressEurope: While holding a rally in London on August 31, the British protestors issued a statement calling the British government to hold the Israeli regime accountable for the barbaric crimes in Gaza.

The protest rally was led by Amnesty International and the Campaign of Medical Staff for Palestine.

Over the past 10 months, the US-backed Israeli regime has launched a genocidal war on Gaza while closing all the crossings and preventing the arrival of humanitarian aid.

The last round of ceasefire negotiations in Gaza ended last week without reaching an agreement due to the Zionist regime's disruptions

Since the beginning of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, the regime has killed more than 42,000 people and injured over 94,000 others. Those surviving in the Gaza Strip are struggling with Israel's occasional bombings, famine, and lack of medical care.
