Former Kyrgyz Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov has resigned amid protests following the country's parliamentary elections.
The unrest began after the results of the parliamentary elections were announced on Sunday. One person has been killed and 590 injured in the protests so far, opposition groups in Kyrgyzstan also seized several government buildings in the capital, freeing the former president from prison.
