Tehran-IP: The Judiciary Spokesman said that initial measures have been taken regarding the Swedish citizen who has committed crimes in Iran.

Iran PressIran News: Johan Floderus, a 33-year-old native Swede who works for the European External Action Service, is the EU's diplomatic arm.

He was detained on April 17, 2022, at an airport in Tehran.

Masoud Setayeshi in his response to Iran Press regarding the latest details of the Swedish citizen's detention said: "Unfortunately, the Swedish citizen has committed crimes in the country." 

He stated: Based on the crimes committed by Johan Floderus, the investigation is being finalized and he has been sent to prison with a legal order. 

He further stated: In the coming days, with the completion of the investigation, his case will be sent to the court. 

He emphasized: "Iran has zero-tolerance if anything or anyone questions the safety of its citizens, and will certainly deal with it based on justice.

Meanwhile in his remarks, Iran's Judiciary Spokesman hailed the love and affinity between the two nations of Iraq and Iran in Arbaeen 2023 rituals and called showing respect to the Holy Progeny of Holy Prophet as sparkling candle.

Speaking at his weekly presser on Tuesday morning, the spokesman for Iran' s Judiciary hailed the love and affinity between the two nations of Iraq and Iran in Arbaeen 2023 rituals saying:

"Showing Respect to the Holy Prophet's (SW) Progeny is like a sparkling candle which despite the multi layered and complex plots of the enemies would never fade out."
