TEHRAN (IP) -- In a trial in Tehran, Judge Dehghani of the Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) trial court has called out the double standard of some Western countries in the fight against terrorism.

Iran PressIran news: Despite the notorious history of the MKO and their involvement in numerous terrorist attacks in Iran, over 100 members of the group are living freely in Western nations.

During the trial of 104 MKO members, Judge Dehghani urged countries hosting these terrorists to extradite them to Iran to face justice. He highlighted the hypocrisy of Western countries, where individuals suspected of violent crimes are promptly brought to trial, yet MKO members continue to evade accountability.

In an exclusive interview with Iran Press, Judge Dehghani emphasized that the freedom granted to these terrorists is a clear example of human rights double standards. He called on citizens of Western nations to question their authorities about why these individuals are allowed to roam freely despite their heinous crimes.

Judge Dehghani revealed that efforts have been made through Interpol to bring back these terrorists for trial. The high-profile case sheds light on the need for consistency and fairness in upholding human rights standards worldwide.
