Iran Press/West Asia: Israeli forces stormed the town of Idhna, west of Hebron, in the occupied West Bank. Clashes also erupted in the center of Al-Arroub refugee camp, located north of Hebron, where tensions escalated between Israeli soldiers and Palestinian resistance fighters.
Other reports indicate additional incursions into the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem, and Salfit Province. In the Al-Arroub camp, a young Palestinian man was reportedly injured during confrontations with Israeli forces.
The Al-Ahd News Network reported that Israeli soldiers fired stun grenades and tear gas at Palestinians during the raid on Idhna, causing chaos among the local population.
Israeli forces also raided Kafr Malik, a town in the Ramallah province, intensifying the military campaign across the West Bank.
Since the launch of the "Al-Aqsa Storm" operation on October 7, 2024, Palestinian fighters and youth have carried out retaliatory actions in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem in response to what they describe as the brutal crimes of the Israeli military against the people of Gaza. During this period, hundreds of Palestinians in the West Bank have been killed or injured by Israeli forces, further fueling unrest in the region.
