Iran Press/West Asia: Israeli military forces have launched a sustained aggression on the northern West Bank city of Jenin, with the aggression now entering its sixth day. The offensive, which has seen widespread destruction of infrastructure, is part of a broader campaign to suppress Palestinian resistance in the region.
The Israeli forces carried out attacks on Jenin and Tulkarm and destroyed the cities' roads, refugee camps and infrastructure during the 10 days.
The Foreign Minister of Germany Annalena Baerbock criticized the Israeli regime for attacking the northern West Bank and called on the Zionists to avoid an escalation of religious tensions.
Tensions have intensified throughout the occupied West Bank as Israel persists in its offensive on the Gaza Strip, which has killed nearly 40,900 Palestinians, predominantly women and children, since October 7, 2023
