Iran Press/Iran news: In an exclusive interview with IRIB news agency, Sheikh Mohammad Shuleh Heydar added that before the Iranian Revolution, nobody knew the concepts of Ahl-ul-Bayt (members of family and household of Prophet of Islam), but after the Islamic Revolution we got to know Islam and the Ahl-ul-Bayt (PBUT), this reflects the power of Islam and the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
Referring to the late Imam Khomeini's character and his role in creating freedom movements in the world he added that Imam Khomeini is a symbol of life and not just a symbol of Islam, because everyone who wants to progress in religion or life, follows the teachings of Imam Khomeini (may his soul rest in peace), Iran Press reported.
Sheikh Mohammad Shuleh Heydar also said the people of Mali have great respect for the late Imam Khomeini (may his soul rest in peace).
The Malian Sheikh added: "The late Imam Khomeini called for the unification of Muslims against arrogant powers and Zionists. He was the only one who designated a day to help the Palestinian people. International Quds Day is a great day for the Palestinians and all Muslims."
Sheikh Mohammad Shuleh Heydar reiterated that late Imam Khomeini (RA) was the only one who supported not only Shi'a, but all Muslims and oppressed peoples of the world, and even Christians. 101/ 211 / 202
