Iran Press/ West Asia: The Iraqi Islamic Resistance announced this morning (Saturday, February 3) that it targeted three American military bases in Iraq and Syria.
According to Al-Jazeera, the US bases were hit in al-Tanf and al-Khadra in Syria, and Ein al-Assad in al-Anbar Province of Iraq.
The US military launched an air assault on dozens of sites in Iraq and Syria used by resistance on Friday, in the opening salvo of retaliation for the drone strike that killed three US troops in Jordan last weekend.
The Secretary General of the Al-Nujaba Movement of Iraq emphasized that any American attack on Iraqi soil would be accompanied by an appropriate response from the Iraqi resistance.
