Tehran (IP) – Iran's Minister of Road and Urban Development will leave the country for the Republic of Azerbaijan on Friday.

Iran PressIran news: Mehrdad Bazrpash will take a trip to Baku as the head of the Iran-Azerbaijan Joint Commission of Economic Cooperation to follow up on the adopted plans in the commission and visit the joint construction projects. 

Astara Road Bridge, reinforcement of the Astara metal bridge, and setting up a temporary customs and border terminal in the new car bridge are among the projects. 

Bazrpash is also scheduled to meet with the President of Azerbaijan's Republic, the Deputy PM, and the Minister of Digital Development and Transportation and talk about the ways to promote the two countries' economic cooperation. 

Visiting Zangilan Airport, Aghband Bridge, Baku Port, and Free Economic Zone are the other programs on the Minister's agenda during the visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
