Iran Press/ Asia: Amanullah Papi, an Iranian national team player, won a silver medal in the "F 57" class javelin throw at the Tokyo Paralympic track and field competitions on Saturday.
Amanullah Papi, with a throw of 49 meters and 56 centimeters, became the runner-up in the javelin throwing competitions.
"Hamed Heydari" from the Republic of Azerbaijan became a champion and won a gold medal, and "Valdiran" from Brazil also won a bronze medal.
Also on the same day, The Iranian para-weightlifter Rouhollah Rostami snatched the Gold Medal of the Tokyo Paralympics 2021 in the -80 kg weight category.
Defeating his Chinese and Egyptian rivals, Iran's Rouhollah Rostami lifted a 234-kg weight and won the Gold Medal.
