Iran Press/ Asia: In an interview upon arrival, the Minister stated that the visit aims to enhance agricultural cooperation and foster economic partnerships. Approximately 200 Iranian entrepreneurs and traders will meet with 250 Turkish counterparts, alongside the heads of chambers of commerce, industry, mining, and agriculture.
Gholamreza Nouri Qazaljeh, highlighted the historical ties between Iran and Turkey, particularly in agriculture, and emphasized leveraging shared climatic opportunities and addressing mutual challenges to advance agricultural development, natural resource management, and food trade.
On the first day of the two-day visit, the Iranian delegation toured Turkey’s specialized seed and genetic centers, engaging with experts to explore innovative practices and potential collaborations.
The visit underscores the commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships in agriculture and expanding trade between the neighboring countries.
